DIRECTIONS
1) PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL SUPER SMOOTH.
2) POUR INTO BOWL AND PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL FIRM.
3) FORM INTO DESIRED MOLD AND ROLL WITH FRESHLY CUT HERBS.
                                                        4) STORE IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL READY TO SERVE.

1 HANDFUL DANDELION
1 TABELSPOON LIQUID SWEETNER
JUICE OF 2 LEMONS
JUICE OF 2 LIMES
1 TABLESPOON LIME ZEST

DIRECTIONS
1) PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT BUBBLY WATER, IN BLENDER.
2) STRAIN USING A FINE MESH STRAINER. DISCARD PULP.
3) CHILL UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
TO SERVE
1) MIX 1 PART DANDELION WITH 4 PARTS BUBBLY WATER.
                                                                      2) SERVE IN SUGAR RIMMED GLASS.
