Learn diverse techniques that strengthen our capacity to listen to the intimacy of internal and external landscapes. Learn practices for becoming totally still, transitions into resting postures, and finally, expansive movements that stretch how we experience the aliveness and inherent wisdom of the body.

The body is where we uncover the inherent stability of the heart, and the non-dual, compassionate nature of reality. 

Yoga students & teachers will pick-up new movement patterns, meditators will appreciate joining stillness with all kinds of movement studies, and we'll be versed in Zen koans that Suniti will unpack intellectually and somatically. A great opportunity to master new practices, in community and in nature.
