Seed and Thistle and Eatin' Alive are offering a spring foraging class to learn about identifying wild edibles, ethically harvesting spring plants, making medicine, preparing raw recipes and eating our harvest.
Everyone will take home plant medicine and raw foods prepared with the group. We will bike through NE Portland to locate spring plants. Biking is encouraged, but some will be better to drive.
