Raw Brunch Cooking Class
When: Monday, February 11th 6-8pm.  Please arrive early!
Where: Portobello Vegan Trattoria,
​1125 SE Division, corner of 12th and Division

What: Nut milk with cinnamon-crunch cereal,  Tofu Benedict - herb and seed bread topped with nut-meat sausage, ​​​soy-free tofu, and creamy, cashew-based hollandaise sauce, and Crepes filled with berries and sweet cream
​​​Everything is gluten-free, vegan, raw!

How: Hands-on lessons in using a food dehydrator, Vitamix and food processor to work with this menu’s ingredients. All you need is a willingness to participate, and be inspired by these new ideas to start your day! Apron and writing utensil recommended, but not required.

Make sure to come by our stand to place orders for whole raw pies for Thanksgiving day or stock up on krisps and other yummy goodies to bring to your family feast!For more info go to, www.portlandfarmersmarket.org.

Eatin’ Alive is now in the Alberta Co-op!  If you can’t make it to the farmers market stop on by 15th and Alberta to pick up a variety of our items including Collard Wraps, Falafel Wraps, Zucchini Lasagna, Raw Ranch, and Cilantro Pesto.

Summer Lovin’, June 25th 

The sun is out and it’s time for picnics, berries, and the 4th of July.  Learn how to transform your all-American favorites into healthy raw dishes your friends and family will love.

Garden to Table, July 30th

Learn how easy it can be to prepare quick, seasonal raw meals fresh from your garden or local farmers market. We’ll create classic raw dishes and sauces straight from this month’s bounty. 

Mexican Fiesta, August 27th

It’s tomato season so let’s celebrate!  Learn how to make healthy versions of your Mexican favorites including nachos, burritos and more!
